Lactational

Lactational- is one of the major issues that is related with birth control. The period after delivery of their child that is faced by every pregnant woman is known as lactational. In this time due to breast feeding most of the women suffer from infertility. The period of lactational is also known as lactational amenorrhea method or LAM. This process of LAM or lactational amenorrhea method is one of the vital methods in which pregnancy can be avoided. The lactational period has its base on postpartum period. This postpartum time remains till six weeks after the child's birth. This infertility is natural with every women those who are breastfeeding and amenorrheic. The period of lactational is often termed as the natural procedure of birth control. It acts as the major aspect of family planning.
The period of lactational has certain aspects like the mother should take care of feeding the infant. As breastfeeding is the most major source of giving nutrition to the baby the mother must be careful that her child is getting breastfeeding in proper ways. During the daytime the baby should have the breast milk in frequent manners. At every four alternate hours the mother must give her baby her breast milk. At night the child must be fed in the difference of six hours. An infant must be within six months for the lactational period.

There are various opinions regarding the lactational period. The concept of ecological breastfeeding is one of the major parts of the lactational period. Different research works have shown that sometimes there is a failure in the time of postpartum. It has been seen that the rate of failure is about one percent with the women who have undergone the process of first postpartum. And before the first menstruation after postpartum leads to the failure of the ecological breastfeeding in the rate of six percent.

There are also some features of ecological breastfeeding that have little difference with the aspects of LAM. Seven most vital aspects of ecological breastfeeding relate to the facts that the mother must not undergo a period for at fifty six days after postpartum. Along with their babies the mothers also should take naps regularly. A mother must always be with her baby. The babies must be kept with their babies while sleeping. There must be frequency in breastfeeding. A baby should get the breast milk in recurrent ways. For pacifying the babies artificial sources like bottles must be ignored. And as an infant get its nutrition from the mother's milk breastfeeding must be opted.

Postpartum Period: The period that begins from the birth of a child and continues to six weeks is called postpartum period. In this time the size of the uterus, level of hormones and the body of the mother is similar to the conditions of prepregnancy. In this time of postpartum period women need special care as well as the babies.

Amenorrhea: After delivery of child every women undergoes the procedures of amenorrhea. In this period there is absence of menstrual system. Women do not have the power of reproduction at this time. Thus, the period of amenorrhea has a perfect role in controlling birth.
